Hi All im Deb I have been on lipotrim now for 10 days and i lost 10lb in 5days but i am finding it really hard to keep my mind off food any ideas greatly appreciated i keep feeling like i should give up :break_diet: help please.
His Debz well done on a fantastic loss!!! Just remember what other healthy diet can give you 10lb loss in 5 days!!!! Keep busy - read a book , clean out the airing cupboard, go for a gentle walk. If u still are constantly thinking of food just remember loads and loads of water, I personally drink peppermint tea when i want something different it helps me anyway. Stick with it you can do it!!!
