I was on a course today and lunch was provided but I opted to take a lunch with me and eat in the dining room (normally I just snack at my desk) so I had a 'proper' lunch rather than my usual crackers and crisps...

Dinner:
Crispy chicken - 3.5pts, oven chips - 3pts

Snacks: Pretzels - 1.5pts, Wotsits - 1.5pts, Cadbury Caramel biscuit - 1.5pts

Toast - 1pt, Cornflakes - 1.5pts

Lunch: 4 x Krackawheat - 2pts, Pom Bears - 1.5pts

Dinner: Turkey - 4pts, new potatoes - 2.5pts

Snacks: Pretzels - 1.5pts, Wotsits - 1.5pts, Mini Dairy Milk - 2.5pts

17.5pts
 
Hmmm, today has not been a good day. I weighed in this morning and had only lost 1/2 lb despite being really good all week :sigh:

I started well but it went downhill from dinner time really....

Lunch: 4 x Tuc crackers - 2pts, Quavers - 1.5pts, Pretzels - 1.5pts

Dinner: Sausages x 2, Hot dog rolls x 2, Belly pork rasher x 2, potato wedges - I have no idea how many points all that was

Snacks: Apple - 1pt

Other: 2 x large measures of Vodka :eek:

Something tells me I will need to get back on the straight and narrow tomorrow so I don't undo what good I have managed to do over the last few weeks.

OK, so I think the less said about this weekend the better. So much for me getting back on the straight and narrow. I am just going to write off Saturday and Sunday as it passed by in a blur of McDonalds, BBQ's and TGI Fridays :(
