Wind eze?

Ok as u probably all know (as ive posted few threads on subject) my stomach is really bad in afternoon with wind. Can i take tablets such as windeze on this diet ????? Ive tried peppermint tea and charcoal nothing is working :cry::break_diet:

Hi festival fairy, I'm sure you can take windeze although a CDC will probably answer that for you. I found that upping the amount of water I was drinking really helped especially when eating the bars.
