Focused & goin for goal!
Hi. I've lost just over 2st and feel that's great, however, I feel really bloated and full of wind! My stomach feels full and bloated and can be painful. Most afternoons I feel terrible due to this. So far I've just put up with it but I'm now thinking maybe I should find out what is the cause.
I don't have anything first thing for breakfast as I like to take my packs later in the day. I usually start the day with a pint of water and then a peppermint tea.
For lunch I have a bar as it is easy for work.
My tea is usually a soup (sometimes made into crisps)
I also have a shake in the evening either split into two hot drinks or just as a regular cold shake.
I drink plenty of water I think - a pint to start the day, about 2ltrs during my working day and then lots of glasses during the evening (maybe 4 large glasses).
What could be making me feel so gassy? Is it generally the diet or would it be one thing in particular? My other half said he had read that the bars can do this. What have others found?
I'm thinking of cutting out the bars and maybe having a tetra at work instead. Or maybe a soup but it is a bit of a faff!
Oh, I also take p husk every day.
