don't do many days on attack or you body will stop losing
 
DAY 7 ATTACK

Hey Winnibobs, menu is looking good!

The Dukan site gave me 3 days to do attack, i did it for 5, i didn't lose anything on the last day though so what the pp's are sayign was correct in my situation.
 
Feeling on top of the world today X week 1 weight loss = 8.8 lbs - I want my weight to be 8st 8lbs lol x :)




 
I did 4 days attack as ordered by Doc Dukan and couldnt have done anymore .......... Winnie did you check the dukan website with your personal details how many days attack you should do. Going into cruise is far better for you health wise so get your chops around a tomato - good luck in the next phase - this 'diet' is fab x
 
Winnie woooo 8.8lb girl, wow and get your self into cruise weight loss is fab but agree with Chris get veg now into your diet and cruise your way to success. Your body will thank you Winnie x
 
Well done Winnie, the results are fab!! it is a bit of a chore but the Dukan website will tell you how long to do each phase, i should have lost the weight and be at goal by May next year!! I think this just goes to show that it has to be a change in eating for the long term. good luck !! Cx

Advice taken on board & have done some research on how many days attack should last :)

For the first time in a while I'm feeling confident I am going to get to my goal weight x

i have felt SO hungry today - not sure if this has anything to do with the fact that yesterday was my first PV day ???
I have eaten everything in MASSIVE quantities x

I'm going to have a really early night tonight as feeling a bit :(
 
It's far more likely to be because you stayed on Attack for too long! You should be eating lots on this diet, just lots of the right things. You can't fail to lose if you follow that simple rule. If you don't eat enough, on the other hand, your body will think you're starving it and your metabolism will slow right down to help you survive.
