Hi everyone, I've just joined up here and in search for some inspiration and to find that willpower to help me on my way to at least START my own weight loss programme.

I don't know very much about dieting...just that I need to do it.

So I've joined this place because I'm really determined I'm going to do it this time and I believe by keeping a record of it and by chatting to other people in similar situations that I can really do it.

Started my new healthy eating regime today. So far so good I think!

That depends on what your plan is. Are you on Xenical? Do you go to Slimming World/Weight Watchers or are you planning to do this on your own? Have a look around at the forums and decide which one suits you purpose, call in and say hi.

well at the moment i am doing it on my own with some meal planning

good luck, ive just started on my own as well and all is goin well at the moment apart from a slip up with a bag of crisps yesterday...oops, but one treat is allowed from time to time.you starting on the exercise as well?

I'm quite new to this whole dieting thing too and I've found keeping food and exercise diaries REALLY helpful. Forward planning around meal time is also helpful in keeping to the healthy eating plan.

yes im trying to back into using my wii fit everyday again. will help taking away the cravings hopefully
