Hi all,
So today is my first official day of calorie counting. I didn't get off to a good start and ended up just bunging toast in the toaster like I do every morning like I do for me and my daughter then remembered I was meant to be having something else - oops!
I am going to try and do a food diary in the diary section which I'll start this evening, so please keep a check on me to check how i'm doing, I think i'm gonna need it!
I've planned all my meals till Friday and have taken thigh, hip, waist and arm measurements as well.
Only bad thing was, Ive been the same weight now for a couple weeks (10 stone and 3/4) and suddenly when i weighed this morning I am 10s 12lbs. Rubbish
