    I've lost 9 pounds!!!! Just wanted to say thankyou to everyone on this forum for helping me to stick to the diet and not give in! Its been hard, but the scales have given me the motivation to carry on. This is my 10th attempt at this diet, and I usually never get past the 1st day, so a big thank you to everyone :)

    Well done that's great.. and what good motivation to keep going through the weekend! I'm only on day 4 but we've got about the same to lose (I'm 12.3 and want to get to 9.7) so its good to know that you can still have big losses when you've only got a few stone to lose.
