7lbs gone....gone....gone!!
Restarted last week after faffing around for the whole of 2007/8. My weigh day was saturday and i managed 7lbs . I am now the same weight as my last weigh-in on 21 Nov 2007 so i know i should be ok at maintaining. well done to all the other losers this week. xx
