    After a very slow week where I thought I was doing terribly I had my weigh in and lost 3.4lbs to be precise so I am pleased as I seem to have had a sudden drop at the end of the week. I am amazed that I have had the will power to keep 100% at SS and will keep going and here's to another good week for us all.
