wk 23 WI

Week 23 and down 2lb thats exactly 12st 7 I know its my lowest loss so far but I can live with that its a loss and it means I need to lose at least 2lb this week as I want to start refeed next week at 12st 5 or less. So I reckon there is room for a bacon sarnie this week....... kidding, I'm kidding, I am:rolleyes:
So this week im off to top up my bare cupboards and turn on my fridge and freezer again and prepere to munch on some goodies;)

This probably sounds really silly but I am sooo excited for you starting refeed next week. You have done LT to the letter and reaped the rewards, you have stayed strong when times were tough and have supported and inspired others. I am thrilled that you will soon be starting your refeed and the next exciting stage of this mad mad journey xx

That's brilliant! When I look at the two photos you have posted I just can't believe it's the same person. When I found this site you were the first person to truly inspire me. Your weight loss has been incredible and you clearly haven't cheated at all. I hope I will be able to find the willpower that you clearly have. Good on ya! x
