Wk 3 down...

Week 3 WI this morning, didn't feel any different at all...

but 4lb loss :) - 22lbs total in 3 weeks, fabulous!!:D

Now, I know I'll be cursed and struck down for this but I'm re-feeding this week!!

When I started LT, I knew I had a BIG weekend away coming up and I could've put off starting till after but discussed it with the pharmacist and decided I would start then and we'd discuss it again this week.

It's with 6 old friends and we've got a fab 'condo' booked and there'll be lots of food and drink - so rather than just fall off the wagon, she suggested re-feed till Fri, have the weekend and come back full force Monday.
She was quite encouraging - and supportive - really impressed as thought they'd be against it.

I know I shouldn't and I know i'll probably REALLY pay for it with a massive gain but I'm comfortable with it and very excited about my weekend away - my first proper break since having the baby.

Wasn't going to say but honesty and all that...

Hope I wont be ostricised for it :eek:

Hey hun, you know whats best...I for one am not going to curse you...you've done really well so far, just keep the end goal in sight and you'll be ok :D

Great result in three weeks. Try and be careful on your break so as to minimise any gain. Have fun.

Funny, just had steamed cod and veg and actually missed my shake?!

well done on the loss its pretty incredible. Just remember not to eat to much you shud be grand but try put some of the stuff you learnt into practice your doin this diet for yourself not us! have a great weekend

Another fantastic loss Trixie! You're flying through this time! So pleased for you!

No cursing or striking down from me! Make sure you have a fabulous time on your little break! Enjoy yourself, you deserve some fun. Saying that, don't go too mad, and you'll maybe be surprised by how little you gain. You jump back in without problem, as you can't let all that hard work go to waste.
