Well done - 4lbs is a good loss! I felt the same as you as I lost 3lbs in the 3rd wk and felt dissapointed after 2 big losses the week before. Everyone loses weight at a different weight and it will average out over the weeks and you will definetley lose the weight you want to if you stick to the diet. Don't forget to keep up your fluid intake. On my 3rd week i had 2 days where i didn't drink enough as I was on the go - and I think that makes a difference. Good luck with your 4th week, you are doing really well. x
