Another 3 lbs lost this week for me 
fingers crossed I can get another 3 lbs off next week then that will be 2 stone in 2 months.
I am going to a 70th Birthday party today, and this will be the 1st time that I eat. Its strange as I feel really nervous about eating lol. Anyway I am going to have a chicken & bacon salad without the dressing, so I think that should be ok.
I am hoping to get some compliments today as its been a while since I have seen some of my family so hopefully they will be able to see a difference in me
