about it. I'm
in one sense, because I've now lost a stone which is great, but theres no way I'll hit my target in the planned time if all I'm losing is a lb and a half a week.
This week is week 5, and I'm moving to TS for a week to see if I still lose anything (and to see if a few extra calories this week affects wk 6 at all) I'm not giving up, but boy and I p**sed off that its not coming off quicker.
