Yes they have ands its a great feeling when people say they can really see it and im doing so well it gives me that wee kick i need to keep going lol

I do extra easy and to be honest i really dont feel like im on a diet although from i have started i dont eat bread butter or any sweets or crisps which is sometimes a bit hard but if i cheat its only myself im cheating xoxoxo
