Week 5 and I have lost 10 pounds!

I am chuffed chuffed chuffed and 2 more reasons to be errm, chuffed are

1. I fitted into a pair of smaller trouser WITH A WAISTBAND

2. Someone said that I looked like I had lost weight.

I may have a way to go but just wanted to share my woo-hoo moment. x
