Hi Everyone,

Happy to announce to you all that i have lost 2st 1lbs under 7weeks of starting CD, sorry if it seem like am bragging but am really happy, when i started cd i was 5stones over weight and wonder how i could ever shift the weight, and now 7weeks later am 2stones lighter.my lost confidence has found its way home, though am not at my goal weight yet i feel so much better with myself....bring on week 8.
