    I'm very pleased!

    This week my CDC is away, so weighed myself on the electronic scales in Boots as I like to always know how much I've lost every week.

    Despite being ill and switching mostly to SS+ for a week, I lost 7lbs!

    I am overjoyed! That's 3st 4lbs off in 10 weeks!

    I try to, BigM, but haven't hit the gym in weeks. My lowest loss weeks were actually when I did go the gym, but I put that down to me gaining muscle as opposed to having a lower fat loss, as I still lost inches.
