I have now lost 2 whole stone!!!!

Im really chuffed and ready to shift the next 2 stone (or there abouts) then im done!!!!!

i've had my ups and downs with food and i dont regret any of the weeks i gained now. It means im human :giggle: so heres to the next mile stone!!!!

I still have the whole body image issue to deal with, I don't see I've lost it, my clothes tell me I do but I don't see it! But hey ho, its gone and I'd like it to stay away!! :-D
