G6- 4 wks 100%- 4.5lbs
G7- 5 wks 100%- 5 3/4lbs
lost over 2 stone in 5 weeks!!!
G8- have a week off in America
and enjoy it!!!
G9- get home and back onto CD that week-done! Back on the next day
but put 6lbs on
wk 1- 7lbs :happy096: but struggling to stay 100% (although I have so far!).
wk2- 2 3/4lbs
very happy cos I cheated for the first time 2 days before wi. ooops
wk3- 3 1/2lbs doing SS+
wk4- ended up doing one day of cd and eating the rest of the week, put on 7lbs!!!! But I was so bloated at wi that I hope most of it was a food baby. eeek.
wk 5 & 6- 10lbs
