hi i am new to this site . i have been doing cd it for 6 weeks now and get weighed every fortnight which i find hard but as my consultant is so busy with other dieters its easier for her . am finding it really hard at moment .with wot can eat and cant . i know to stay away from breads and pastas but after that i am lost .i started the diet when i seen a friend i hadnt seen for a while and she looked fantastic , people were walking past her cos they didnt recognise her . i thought i want that i dont want to be the fat kid on the street so i got the info from her and rang . my problem is i miss food but once i start on a peice of ham i want more . then i feel really guilty . having no support from my partner doesnt help.
so i registered here and wow what an insperation u all are . reading ur stories and seeing ur weight lose has helped me to decide to carry on . thanks everyone :sigh:
