Working out cereal confused??

Hi all just wondering if some1 could help me with a query, I bought the new all bran golden crunch but can't really work out the pp it says on the box 45g with semi skimmed milk is equal to 6pp but I only weigh out 30g so wondering if any1 would know how I work out the pp for 30g?? Most cereals work out to be 1 pp per 10 gms cept the really sugary ones, same with all the porridge and oats. I just count the milk as extra whatever you have.
