Working out points

Some of you may already know how to do this, but I thought some peeps might find it useful.

If you haven't got a WW calculator, app or card thingy with you when you are out and about this is the formulae to work out the points for something from the nutritional info:

Kcal ÷ 70 = ?
Sat fats /saturates ÷ 4 = ?
add the two together = points

If there are no sat fats, just the fat you are supposed to half it. I have often fund that this means your results will be higher than they actually are - but then better to over estimate than under until you can get home and check.
Remember to check the portions/quantity!


Hope this helps, I do it all in my head at the shops now - at least I can work it out approximately - but then it also depends how good your maths is! :rolleyes:
