working out syns when packaged in ml

hi all
i am trying to work out if my m&s low fat french dressing is free
its packaged and labeled in ml 100 ml has only 0.8g of fat but it has sugars
are ml and mg interchangeable?

1level tbs 0.5 syns. Have you tried the tiger tiger thai red salad dressing 99% fat free dressing its fab, and its 1syn per tbs

Yes for things like this they are pretty much interchangeable but actually you can just use 1 syn for every 20 calories
