Hi guys,

I'm considering switching to WS, or trying a combo of TS and WS - partly do factor in the social life, and partly cuz I don't want to do TS and lapse (which I have today.)

So, any WS-ers out there who can fill me in on the way it works? 2 packs plus a high protein meal? Are we talking just meat and veg/salad? How much meat? Etc etc.
