I think I may have ruined my diet this week!!!!!

I'm doing a combination of SS and SS+
depending on how desperate I am for food on certain days. My CDC told me I could have quorn sausages as part of my SS+ meals but have just read that you actually can't cos they contain lots of other stuff. I've had them twice this week. Do you think I'm going to have put on weigh?

I think you will be ok with the weight loss hon, just maybe knocked yourself out of ketosis for a day or so. Drink plenty of water and you will be fine. xx

Definitely no to the quorn sausages, just keep to the plain quorn 'pieces' or quorn mince.

Don't worry though, I expect it will be fine. Just keep on trucking without the quorn sausages/burgers etc :)

Oh and if you get a chance, perhaps ask your CWPC to contact Cambridge for clarification on this matter :)
