Feeling Motivated
Hi Guys,

Just wanted your thoughts.. In the next couple of weeks I am going up the stages to SS+ and also to 810 as I will be going on holiday soon and don't want to put my body into carb shock when I get there... he he

Anyway, i tried to eat a little bit of chicken and salad last night but felt awful afterwards like I had done something I shouldn't have... I know I am allowed this stuff on SS+ and I should be eating again soon as I cannot survive the rest of my life on CD!!!

I'm just worried as the thoughts after I ate were that i should go to the gym straight away or that I shouldn't have eaten... Any ideas or suggestions on how to overcome this hurdle?
