    i have seen alot of posts about excercising when on the SSCD, now i guess i need to no what is the best way. i am currently excercising and i do it as a routine, in my first week i lost 10lbs, so when people talk about being in stavation mode, doesnt after a while your body thing hang on im not in stave mode your just being fit and see want to excercise?????,

    Your body needs carbs to burn fat if you are doing Cardio or aerobic excercise.
    Some people on the diet who are doing cardio etc are losing weight,. Others are gaining muscle.
    You can retain water and your weight loss will stop.

    From the Sole Source Booklet:

    'It would be sensible not to start to exercise strenuously at the same time as losing weight. During the first 2 weeks of Sole Source, you should take limited exercise: consider walking rather than taking the bus for example. After 2 weeks you should start to increase your levels of activity gradually'

    I would think nice gentle walking everyday is fine and will keep you fit until your ready for more athletic pursuits.
