Hi cant believe we're into the first week of feb and i still haven't lost any weight. Wondering why i can't stick to the plan. Ive done it b4 i know it works yet i still binge : ( Would really like to be at goal for christmas. Still time if i knuckle down and give myself a great bing kick up the a** : )

Still struggling. Think stress is a big factor to my binge eating. I might try filling & healthy this week & see if that will get me back on track : ) All I can do is keep trying!

Hi hun, hope it gets better for you. I only joined ww tonight so not sure what you mean by trying filling and healthy but I hope it works. Small steps even if you do.t have 100% week still add up. X

Thanks Jayde1148. Good luck with the programme. It definately works. Ive been with ww for a few years now and before i fell pregnant with my 3rd child I had lost 43lbs. The biggest thing is track it works the best.
