Would like to try Harcombe but can someone give me a breakdown first...

    Hi, I've been doing Atkins with a little success but not much, so I'm getting despondent.

    I've heard about this diet but i don't know a lot about it apart from the phases.

    Could someone give me a quick breakdown of what i can eat in phase1 and what to avoid and any tips.

    Cos if it works for me then I'll buy the book, but i haven't got the spare money to buy one yet until the end of the month (plus it's my boys birthday and he's drained me of cash, again!!)

    Any tips and pointers would be great and where to start.

    Hi, I'm doing Atkins at the moment.
    I looked at this diet a few days ago, same as Atkins really but phase 1 is only 5 days. Will read up more about it and let you know, may try as well x

    harcombe diet

    hey i just started phase 1 2 day it is simmiler 2 atkins 4 the first 5 days but ur allowed 5ograms of brown rice and unlimited veg after the first 5 days u r meant 2 lose a good amount of weight and after that you go on 2 phase 2 of the diet hope this helps xxxxx we cud buddy up if u like i cud do with the support :)

    I'm gonna stay with Atkins for a while yet as I lost 2.5lbs on saturday.

    So perhaps it is working after all :D

    Me thinks i need to be more patient!

    Im going to try it starting next monday, ive been doing atkins and want a few days break from low carbing.
    keep me up dated on your progress would like to know how you get on.

    im on day 4 but not sure what im doing really lol will find out on my first weigh in lol
