Hi! I've done 5:2 once before (I only did a couple of weeks) and after doing Slimming World and failing miserably, I want to give intermittent fasting another try. After doing some research, I think I'd like to give alternate day fasting to give myself a boost before settling into 5:2 or 4:3. I have a question though, could I do it midday to midday instead of midnight to midnight? I think it would allow me to exercise more and I could enjoy life a bit more. Would it still work?
