Leave it :) There's no need to take the extra cals unless you're doing some serious (like hours) of exercise..

Fell the cals burn straight off you!

I would however drink some extra water to rehydrate yourself xxx

Depends on how you feel. If you are having your usual 3 or 4 and that's enough, don't have an extra one. But if you feel you need an extra one - have it, especially if you're about to cave in and eat something non CD that isn't on your weight loss plan.

I had days of really needing the 4th, didn't affect the diet, and kept me off food.
