Well done Donnie. That is really brilliant!
I am also a plodder but everyone assures me that the slower it is, the more likely it will stay off.
I am going to stay with EE even if it is slower than I would like it to be as I am more likely to stick with it. I am just as enthusiastic as the day I started.
I have about another 5 pounds to go till I get my club 10, but first I need my stone!

Donnie, you are not plodding... we both started more or less the same time and I have only lost 12 pounds... you are doing BRILLIANTLY!

Yes I am still grinning, and my DH bought me flowers yesterday so that was a 'memorable' booster too, LOL.....

I am still going to continue with EE, and just losing my 1lb a week so here's to the next 10%, LOL...
