I have been having trouble logging into my ww online account so twice I emailed them to ask for help and twice they did not reply despite the auto reply saying they would within 24hrs.
So today I sent them another email saying I wanted to cancel my subscription due to non replies when asking for help and still not being able to log in.
So within two hours I get an email back saying we have cancelled your subscription - no apologies for not being able to use it nothing
obviously they really don't care.
so will be going it alone with this board

yes not interested they are too busy so taking my money elsewhere - maybe a new dress when i get down another size
