weighed myself last night and this morning and im now under 17 stone woohoo although dont know whether to be happy or not cause im getting different readings!!!!!!!

I don't weigh myself at home anymore as I get so fedup mid week if my scales show a gain. I think scales can vary so much that it's best to go by 1 set of scales. I simply stay on track ( as much as possible ) & go to class every week.

Yeah i used to always be hopping on and off the scales too, try hard to just weigh myself once a week now first thing as your a bit lighter, but as long as you consistant any losses or gains should show. Even floor surface makes a difference, i could be a lb or 2 heavier depending on which bit of the bathroom floor the scales are on!

If i was you i would just try to go with the scales at your meeting once a week for consistency :) x
