    I was a naughty girl yesterday and had too many syns. :rolleyes: Today, I'm cutting back.

    Today's munchings......(extra easy)

    Breakfast: bran flakes (HEX B), 200ml soya milk (HEX A), banana
    Snack: apple, few grapes and half a satsuma
    Lunch: home-made butternut squash soup (contained some potato) and WW ready meal (3 syns)
    Snack: Muller light toffee yoghurt
    Supper: ham, bacon and mushroom quiche and boiled veg on
    Dessert: syn-free pancake, which tasted a bit like a sugary omelette! :eek: Snack: frozen muller light and some mango

    It's been a good food day, except I'm all "egged out"! I only had 3 syns today, which made up for yesterday's disaster. So, I'm a happy bunny and I'm going to get an early night.

    Morning Snack: Danone yoghurt and an apple
    Lunch: small tin of baked beans on 1 slice of toast (4.5 syns) and piece of leftover SW quiche
    Afternoon Snack: mango, frozen muller light and a cereal bar (4.5 syns)
    Supper: jacket potato, tuna w/ mayo (1 syn), boiled veggies
    Dessert: cherries
    Evening Snack: Heinz spaghetti hoops - I had a real craving for them!

    I forgot to add that, for the time being, I'm doing Extra Easy.

    I'm having such a hungry day and I've been stuffing my face. :cry:

    Breakfast: bran flakes (HEX B), 200ml soya milk (HEX A) and a banana
    Morning Snacks: cereal bar (4.5 syns), Danone FF yoghurt, an apple and a pear
    Lunch: brown pasta with quorn and veg (sauce = 2 syns)
    Afternoon Snacks: frozen apricot muller light, packet of Batchelor's chinese style rice and an All Bran cereal bar (5)
    Supper: bacon, SW chips, mushrooms and an egg
    Dessert: hot chocolate (2 syns) and lots of lovely, juicy strawberries

    Total no. of syns = 13.5

    I eat a lot too so I wouldn't worry about that. At least it gives you something to cut back on later if you SS for a while. And just to make you feel better for breakfast today I've had bacon, scrambled eggs (made with a splash of skimmed milk from my HexA), a mullerlight and a banana :p

    Thanks for your reply. :) How's your weight loss been? I lost 5lbs in my first week and I was eating loads. What's SS?

    I couldn't sleep last night, I got out of bed and ate 3 cereal bars and 4 rich tea light biscuits, a total of 26.5 syns. :eek: :( I'm not having any syns today and I'm not sure about how I'll work out the next few days.

    Breakfast: bran flakes (HEX B), 200ml soya milk (HEX A) and a banana
    Morning Snack: Sharon fruit
    Lunch: jacket potato and tuna mixed with red pepper and cucumber, followed by an apple
    Afternoon Snacks: 2 muller lights - one toffee yoghurt and one frozen apricot yoghurt
    Supper: skinless chicken breast, sweet potato, cabbage and mix bag of veggies
    Dessert: two syn-free pancakes
    Evening Snack: an apple

    Lunch: brown pasta and chicken with mixed veg and 2 fresh apricots
    Afternoon Snack: hot chocolate (2 syns) and toffee muller light yoghurt
    Supper: stir fry veg with noodles and chicken
    Dessert: melon and a pear
    Evening Snack: Golden Light crisps (4.5 syns)

    I'm having a bad time with food. :( I didn't lose much this week. I lost less than one measly pound! :mad: I know why, it's because I overate on my syns. I'm so cross with myself.

    Supper: ham & mushroom quiche and boiled veggies
    Dessert: frozen fruit with natural yoghurt
    Snack: hot chocolate (2 syns) and Golden Light crisps (4.5 syns)

    Total = 8.5 syns

    Lunch: slice of quiche with pasta salad (all homemade)
    Dessert: fresh apricots
    Snack: half of a muller light yoghurt and half of a chicken noodle mug shot
    I didn't really know what I fancied and didn't want to finish either of them once I'd started. :eek:
    Supper: lean steak, SW chips and boiled veggies
    Dessert: frozen fruit with natural yoghurt
    Syns for the day: hot chocolate (2), cereal bar (5), packet of yoghurt-covered raisins (6.5) = 13.5

    Snack: Mugshot noodles and 1/2 muller light yoghurt
    Supper: spaghetti bolognaise (sauce was 2.5 syns)
    Dessert: frozen fruit and natural yoghurt
    Snack: alpen light cereal bar (3 syns), french fries crisps (4.5 syns)

    This isn't strictly success express, it's just helping me get back on track. I put on half a pound last week because I've been over-eating on syns. :cry:

    Breakfast: bran flakes (Hex B), 200ml soya milk (Hex A) and a massive fruit salad
    Lunch: salad w/ small tin of tuna
    Dessert: strawberries
    Supper: quorn mince (ragu 3 syns) and small portion brown pasta and lots of boiled vegetables
    Dessert: frozen fruit and yoghurt
    Snacks: an apple, 2 satsumas, 2 Alpen light cereal bars (Hex B), Starbucks Frapp (5 syns), frozen muller light

    I'm trying to move on from last night's binge but I'm feeling miserable and guilty about it. :eek:

    Breakfast: bran flakes (Hex B), 200ml soya milk (Hex A) and a banana
    Lunch: SW quiche
    Dessert: an apple
    Supper: cottage pie - quorn mince, veg and mash (ragu = 2.5 syns)
    Dessert: frozen fruit and natural yoghurt
    Snacks: 2 muller light yoghurts, half a melon, 2 Alpen Light cereal bars (6 syns), packet of crisps (4.5 syns)

    = 13 syns
    (not including the 459 hundred syns I consumed last night :break_diet:)
