I forgot to add that, for the time being, I'm doing Extra Easy.
I'm having such a hungry day and I've been stuffing my face. :cry:
Breakfast: bran flakes (HEX B), 200ml soya milk (HEX A) and a banana
Morning Snacks: cereal bar (4.5 syns), Danone FF yoghurt, an apple and a pear
Lunch: brown pasta with quorn and veg (sauce = 2 syns)
Afternoon Snacks: frozen apricot muller light, packet of Batchelor's chinese style rice and an All Bran cereal bar (5)
Supper: bacon, SW chips, mushrooms and an egg
Dessert: hot chocolate (2 syns) and lots of lovely, juicy strawberries
Total no. of syns = 13.5
