Good for you David deciding to stay on lipotrim as there is no doubt its a difficult time of year with all those extra tempting goodies about.
It will be worth it though

I have everything crossed that I will be at target by Christmas, possibly refeeding Christmas week, but if I'm not then I'm sticking to LT till I am. Even if I'm at target I won't be stuffing my face like I usually do. I love Christmas coz of the children and the enjoyment they get out of it not coz of the food. We don't tend to go overboard anyway, though we do socialise a lot.
