Xmas taster session

Hi all,

In group next week we have an early Xmas taster session.

I'm just looking to see if any of you have any ideas on what I could make (Syn free or low syn)

Any ideas would be great!
 
Its our Cbristmas taster next week.

This is what I will be taking ... its lovely. Adding extra mincemeat for extra syns makes it more luxurious too.



Mincemeat Cous Cous Cake 8 syns / Green


120g Cous Cous

4 tbspns Canderel

2 Eggs

1 heaped tblspns Mixed Spice

4 level tblspns Mincemeat (8 syns)

1 - 2 tbspns Lemon or Lime Juice (to taste)



Just cover Cous Cous with boiling water and lemon juice. Wait until all water has been absorbed (about 5 mins) Beat eggs. Mix all ingredients together.

Place in dish and cook 180c 30 mins.

(I use 7" Pyrex Lid lined with parchment)
 
Dont take the Mincemeat Cous Cous Cake as when I took mine I discovered that the cous cous was synned and the granular sweetener is now synned too!!!
