ok yesterday 25/5

food was a bit all over the place lol

breakfast was a hifi bar after weigh in. HB

then had a FF Yoghurt for lunch. FREE

then nothing till 3:00 when got some appetite back so had packet of ryvita mini's HB

1 bowl carrot and coriander soup SF for tea

followed by snack a jacks which I think are about 6 syns

little bit of chicken. Free
with 1/2 punnet of strawberry's

Milk in Tea's HA

and then almost 1/2 a bottle of merlot - whoops! (12 and 1/2, I think)

Well I can't afford the gym but doesn't mean I should sit on my ass so I am starting a fitness log on here, everyday I want to do atleast 2 or more of these, no less!, and perhaps more as I build it up.

15 min on cross trainer
10 min on skipping rope
15 min on dance mat
10 min resistance training ie, sit-ups, push-ups, dumbells etc...

...and drink 2 litres of water atleast as day again

woohoo! lets do it :D

Breakfast - 2 new strawberry Hifi bars, which are scrummy = 2xHB

Lunch - Hovis 3.5 syns, 2eat smart sausages 1syn, bacon, and tomatoes

Afternoon Snack - shreddies 6syns and milk HA

Dinner - XL Mince cottage pie with mash suede

Water 4/8 cups so far
Sugar in Tea/Coff = 0 so far

breakfast was muesli

lunch was activia yog, 2 packets of maltesers - big oops! (stupid * week)- 18syns , then felt so sick couldn't eat any lunch lol - serves me right!!!!

dinner will be 3 egg omlette and another activia yog

...I would like to get more fruit in there, but it's just soooo darn expensive :(, might pop to asda laters just to see of got any offers and might just get a bag of apples atleast.

oh and 1 hour of swim swim :D

breaky was an aplen bar, as runnig out the door late -HB

Lunch was a yummy salad, with lettuce, cuc. toms, 1 bolied egg, 2 tiny baby potatoes, ham, beetroot and coleslaw (2.5 syns) and salad cream (2.5 syns)

dinner was a random bowl of sugar puffs (5 syns and HA)

and lots of strawberrys and a morrisons eat smart Yoghurt x 2

2 sugars in coffee & a Tea (2 syns)

= 12 syns

am working today, and as I'm a window cleaner, I think that will be my exercise for today lol , I have just purchased the Jillian 30day shred workout DVD, so looking forward to that (I think :S lol). I really want to get into my dress though and it's only 2 and half months away. Must get my lazy bum moving everyday....I need to lose some Inches!!!!!!! - I'll never get there unless I put the effort in!!!!!
