Lunch; tefal sweet potato chips, olive oil (2), egg, and beans, salad cream (2.5)

activia fat free and 2 SW apricot brownies (8)

Dinner; not really hungry so had a banana and alpen light before swimming and a alpen light after swimming

...might miss the workout dvd today, as going swimming instead. Don't think I could do both today lol :D

Well never went swimming, by time got there it was way too busy!!!

...I've been thinking about My exercise programme as I'm in pain from the workout dvd, so can't really do that today, but I might be able to just do some cardio without strength, because I want to do something, so here goes.

Monday - Cross Trainer (30m)
Tuesday - Circuit Training DVD (20m)
Wednesday - Cross Trainer (30m)
Thursday - Circuit Training DVD (20m)
Friday - Cross Trainer (30m)
Saturday - My Choice depending on how I feel ;)
Sunday - Circuit Training DVD (20)

...oh and there is a new Gym opening up soon, one that I can afford...I can't wait for it to open. I really miss going.

struggling today....feel hungry all the time and I'm so so tired, got no energy to workout, and I know that I have a big job on tom morning that's gonna tire me out and need some energy for that...but then working out is supposed to give you more energy. Oh I don't know???

well here goes....7 days 100% SW, well 8 including tommorrow! :)

Tues 17th aug - goal = 100% & 5 syns a day

Breakfast @9: alpen light (in a rush) = 1/2 HB

Snack @11: grapes and alpen light = 1/2 HB

Lunch @1: carrot and coriander soup & bread = 1HB

Snack @3: grapes

Dinner @5: 3 egg omlette and salad = (2.5 syns)

Snack @7: Milky coffee (HA,HA)

Drinks: 2 litres of "perfectly fruity" sugar free juice

Breakfast @9: muesli 56g and milk = 1HA, 2HB

Snack @11: Breakfast Bar = 6 syns

Lunch @1: Bread and veg soup = 6 syns

Snack @3: strawberrys

Dinner @5: jacket potato, baked beans, cheese 28g (1HA)

Snack @7: FF Yoghurt

Crummies! have just had the realisation that I have 4 weeks to be able to fit into my lovely dress for my cousins wedding. I'm about 1 inch out. I hope I can do it.

Well so far so good, manage to get into my dress yesterday - woohoo size ten, though I have 2 weeks left to lose more so I can breath in it lol

also count down to my holiday ....4 months exactly. needs to nuckle down and lose this last stone and tone up. Must be done!

Still full of a cold and feeling rubbish :(

orange and and 2 apple's for snacks

dinner will be omelette with lots veggies - yum
 
Wow, its been a while. but after a very up and down few months, I'm ready to knuckle down to the task at hand again.

My weight.

I've got 2 stone to lose, am joining a group again on monday, on my own this time, so bit nervous. I also plan on staying to the group this time and see if this helps me more.

I am going to start swimming and zumba again, once a week for now until I build up my energy and stamina again.

and most of all ...I'm really looking forward to it.

Well, I've done it...I've joined :D Yay!

I have also made a huge batch of superfree soup, and froze them
Also, a chicken and potatoe curry which is lush and completely free. Then I made the lemon couscous cake, which came out as 5 syns a slice. It's lovely with a vanilla muller, slightly heated up.
A Great Dessert. and froze a few slices of that. Got my cupboard stacked with veggies and fruit. Pasta n sauces etc...

So I hope for a great week ahead


My Plan for tom is

Breakfast : scrambled egg, 1 quorn sausage, beans, toms and mushrooms

Snack : Banana

Lunch : 2 x ww bread with salmon, cucumber and mayo (2s) with an Apple

Snack : red bull light (1s)

Dinner : Superfree soup with 1 x ww bread
Cous Cous cake (5s) mullerlight

HA - Milk in Tea
HB - 3 x WW brown danish bread
Syns - 8 syns
