    Im going to start a food diary because ive been reading some others and i seem to be eating more than others so i you can have a peek and see what you think, thanks.xx

    Yesterday sunday

    red day = HEa 350ml skimmed milk for tea and coffee.

    breakfast - fat free yog and fruit (apple,blueberries and strawberries)

    dinner - in the slow cooker chicken breast, leeks, carrots and swede.
    will also have cauli and brocc
    227g jacket spud (HEb)
    gravy (1syn)

    Tea
    2xnimble bread (HEb)
    chicken
    salad
    jam tart (6.5 syns)

    total 7.5 syns

    food for today red day.

    breakfast-
    2 weetabix (HEb)
    fat free yog
    blueberries

    lunch

    bacon
    scrambled eggs
    2xnimble wm bread (HEb)
    yog and fruit.

    tea

    chicken breast
    2x mini baby bel lights (HEa)
    bacon
    broc, cauli, onion
    100g mash (4syns)

    350mls skimmed milk (HEa)
    2 jaffa cakes 2.5 syns each=5syns

    total syns=9syns.

    It doesn't seem like you're eating an excessive amount to me. Looks like a good couple of Original days.

    Green day.

    Breakfast-

    2 weetabix
    fruit
    fatfree yog

    Lunch.

    Quorn sausages
    mushypeas
    2 wm nimbble (HE b)
    Marg light (2.5 syns)

    Tea.

    Baked bean pasta
    5 laughing cow light tris (HE a)
    Fruit

    350ml sk milk (HE a)

    total syns- 2.5 so far.

    RED day

    HEa skimmed milk (350mls)

    breakfast-

    fat free yog and fruit

    Lunch-
    2x nimble wm bread (HEb)
    Ham
    Mushrooms
    scrambled eggs
    tinned toms
    yog
    fruit
    hi fi bar (HEb)

    Tea-

    Stew (steak, carrots, mushrooms and onions)
    On a bed of shredded cabbage
    Gravy (2 syns)

    Skinny cow hot choc-2syns

    Total syns so far =4syns.

    Mushroom omlete
    sw chips
    2x nimble wm (HEb)
    2laughing cow lights(half of HEa)
    yog
    fruit
    hi fi bar (HEb)

    Tea-
    Bakedbean lasgana (onion,mushroom,baked beans, chopped toms)
    3 laughing cow light triangles (half of HEa)

    beans,toms,onion,mushroom

    and some salad.

    Will be in the car alot of the day so needed to keep today easy and picnic style.
