Yah - joined tonight..

    Well, took your advice :) and joined, no meeting tonight (due to consultant illness), but have started the ball in motion..
    Friends are over tonight for chinese, am not really starting till tomorrow however have had mainly a green day - I think.

    B - All Bran, skimmed milk, 1/2 bananna
    L - 2 slices wholemeal bread, "fried" (usng frylite) egg + 1 sliced of processed ham - HOW DO I COUNT THE HAM??
    D (chinese) - special fried rice with chicken, pork & prawns (according to book has 9.5 syns (will be sharing with friend). Is the above for a full portion?
    Q - how many syns in
    1/2 bottle of white wine?
    3 tablespoons of seaweed?
    1 chicken wing (minus the skin).

    It looks like a mixed day of green and red so it wouldn't be easy to work out the Syns but it is a good start. On a green day fill up on fruit veggies pasta potatoes and rice. On a red fill up on lean meats
