Yay, I've just completed my 1st week

Hi, so happy that I have managed my first week on TS.:clap:

My loss is 8lbs which I am pleased with considering it has been my TOTM all week as well.

Lost 1cm from my bust, 2 from my waist and 1 from my hips. Very happy with that.

I have had a few small cheats but chose wisely.

My bumper pack of shakes arrived just in time today also.

Looking forward to the week ahead but I need to stop weighing myself everyday.

Fabulous work, well done! I said I wouldn't weigh each day, but I already did and I'm only on day two. I figure daily weighins are better than going off on a blow out, which is what I'd do if I had to wait a week.
Thanks. The way I see it is if I lose each day..great. If I dont then I will assess what I did that day and try and improve. For example, yesterday I had about 6 wafer thin slice of chicken but today I did not lose weight so today I have not cheated once. I think this daily weigh in will work for me.

Let's see if im right tomorrow.
