Just wanted to share - have had 3 compliments at work today and people asking if I've lost weight - yay for me!

Only another 4lbs and i've hit the 3 stone mark!!

That's motivation for you - I'm definitely sticking with it and it came at the right time as was starting to get a little bit disheartened with it all...

Congratulations - great isn't it?! It's strange as people that didn't know I was doing LL started to comment at 3 stone for me too. Maybe 3 is the magic number...
