Yay, I am finally 14stone!! Finally shift that couple of pounds took me two weeks!! it was a pain, hopefully by the end of the next two week I will be making my way into the 13stone!! I'm so happy!!

Ahh thank you! well, I have a long way to go then!! haha. By the way, does anyone know how many calories are in a medium jacket potato, baked beans and salad no butter and I left 1/3 of it. Thanks

a medium potato is around 200cal, look on the can to see beans cals (i dont eat them personally!) and salad would be somewhere around 50 depending on what it was and how much you had!

I tend to have the pre made jackets from tesco (190 cals with butter and cheese) and a salad, maybe some tuna and sweet corn if im hungry for the extra 140 cals

I'm now a pound under 14...ive been really bad recently and I didn't weigh myself for one week because I couldn't bare to look at the scales just incase my weight increased!. I'm starting to eat porridge for breakfast as I feel it fills me up more! and its 261 calories so only 41 calories more then a shake! So next week, I am going to be STRICT (well try) let's see what happens! will let everyone know!
