After weeks of pretty much STS and losing and gaining the same 1lb sticking at around 11 stone 1lbs....i stood on the scales this morning as my AF was finally buggering off.

10 stone 13lbs!!!!!!

I dont think i can remember the last time i was 10 stone anything!!! xxx

Thanks everyone Im bloody delighted....as i was putting on a pair of size 14 skinny jeans this morning and not only could i zip and fasten them...i could actually breathe in them too

And yes i did a dance when i saw the result on the scales...and my 3 year old daughter joined in too haha xx
