Day 32 - out of ketosis?

I have had a small weight loss this week and I have a feeling i may be out of ketosis even though I have not eaten anything outside of what I should be eating. The ketostix showed almost no change in colour. Really annoying. Could explain why I am so hungry these days. I lost 1.8lbs.

Breakfast:
LL vanilla shake with 50ml's skimmed milk

Lunch:
LL banana shake with 50ml's skimmed milk

Mid afternoon snack:
LL nut fudge bar

Dinner:
Curried vegetables with 1 can of tuna
 
Day 34

Breakfast:
LL chocolate shake

Lunch:
LL nut fudge bar with 250ml skimmed milk

Dinner:
Ok I ate about 300g worth of vegetables, being a bit anal today because I'm still annoyed about my weight loss yesterday.

The vegies were some courgette, carrot, half an onion, 2 mushrooms, and a quarter tin of chopped tomatoes. I also had 2 small tomatoes and 4 leaves of lettuce with 1 can of tuna.
