YEAH DAY 5 in ketosis

howdy peeps,

day 5, checked this morning with the trusty ketostix and in ketosis YEAH!!!!!!!!!,

result, despite my potato nibble on tuesday!.

day in tomorrow, even though only day 6

i feel fab, must admit yesterday i felt fab too.

Just had my first shake and thats becasue i felt i should not that i'm hungry.

Had no bad side affects except the dry eyes.

PS; Going out for a team lunch shortly (12pm), so i emailed them and told them i've a tummy bug, so we aren't doing lunch now, we are going to starbucks for a coffee and a good old chin wag.........aren't they a lovely team.
One even admitted she was dreading going as she's doing weight watchers so didnt want to go!!!!!!!!!! RESULT

well that the lunch over with and i didnt cave even though some had slices of cake with their coffees, i've just got a 6yr olds birthday party to deal with and them my days over............wish me luck
